Pedestrians walking from the east, heading west towards the venue should enter the venue grounds via the east pedestrian and bicycle entrance, located directly across from Hotel X at the intersection of Lakeshore and Ontario Place Blvd. Please look out for signage and staff to direct you to where you need to go!

BAG POLICY:
For Everyone’s safety, security, and enjoyment, we ask you to only bring SMALL clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) to allow us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event.
The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses. Bags exceeding 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), but smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) must be single compartment and clear on all sides. Bags smaller than 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), also referred to as a “clutch style” bag, are not required to be clear. ANY BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue.
CASHLESS PAYMENT: We are a cashless venue and do not accept cash at any point of sale.
LAWN CHAIRS: If the lawn area is closed for the event, no lawn chairs will be permitted into the venue. Only small and low profile lawn chairs are allowed when the lawn is open; standard lawn chairs and camping chairs are not permitted. Lawn Chairs cannot be larger than 23” long x 22 ¼” wide x 24” tall when fully opened.

Accessible seating can be found in back of sections 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 403, 405, and 407. To better see these tickets on the Ticketmaster purchasing page, click 'Filters', then scroll down and toggle the 'Show accessible seats' tab to on, then hit 'Apply Filters'. We offer wheelchair escorts to/from the gates to your seats, with an accessible entrance located at the front of the venue near Box Office.
PLEASE NOTE: The 100-level Seating/General Admission Pit and Lawns are not wheelchair accessible. Only Sections 301, 302, 304, and 305 are on a raised platform. All remaining accessibility sections are at ground level

DRIVE & PARK
There is NO public parking available at Ontario Place on event nights other than for those with accessible needs. For accessible parking information, please contact accessibilitycoordinator@LiveNation.com. A Pick up/drop, ride-share and taxi area is located a short walk to the east of the main gates. For your safety, please follow the designated pedestrian walkways provided.
If driving to the venue is your only option, a full directory of public parking lots can be found here: Green P and Impark. Please double check your route before leaving and while in transit to the show as unforeseen delays and route diversions can happen at any time.
BIKE
Bicycle parking is available east of the venue at The Toronto Inukshuk Park. Bike Share Toronto stations are also available nearby.

Our Box Office is located at the Ontario Place Main Gate and is open on event days only from 1pm until 10pm. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID to pick up their tickets.
